A PATH TOWARD AWAKENING

The Gurdjieff Work is for people who wish to pursue questions that speak to our essential being. This group is about the basic experience of ourselves, concrete and available to everyone.

The aim of the Work, and therefore the aim of this group, is to awaken. The Work provides conditions and tools assist in that most fundamental human aspiration.

You are invited to participate in a small group interested in learning more about the Gurdjieff Work. A series of discussions will look at topics including:

  1. The Most Common Barrier to Awakening Today, and How It Manifests in Life

  2. The Overlooked Path to Consciousness and Conscience

  3. What Is the Experience of Self-Awareness? How Do You Maintain It?

  4. What Is Your Essential Question?

This 4-week Introduction to the Work will begin on Monday, October 7th at 7pm. You'll have a chance to learn about the main ideas of the Gurdjieff tradition, explore Gurdjieff practices in your daily life, and ask questions about the Work based on your own experience.

No prior experience is necessary, just a serious wish to connect with others engaged in a meaningful inner search.
